Popups are available in the Create plan and up.
You can monitor the statistics of each popup and view the leads with the details of those users who have filled out the form.
Popup statistics
- Go to the Popups tab and click on Dashboard of your popup.
- Here, you will find popup statistics such as number of visits, number of leads, and conversion rate.
Edit (1) takes you to the popup editor, and Display Options (2) are settings such as display frequency and triggers. Click on Actions (3) to display a menu with available actions for the popup.
IMPORTANT:
A single visit session lasts 30 minutes – if the user (using the same device) visits the page several times within 30 minutes, the popup will be displayed only once. It will be counted in the statistics as one visit.
Popup leads
You can check the leads of each popup in two places.
- Go to the Popups tab and click on More and Leads.
Here you will find all the leads collected through a given landing page.
- Go to the Leads tab. Here you can manage leads collected on all landing pages and popups.
You can export all the leads by clicking on Export (1). Click on the selected lead to copy the email to the clipboard (2), enter its details (3), and delete it.
