One of the most important functionalities available for agency plans is the ability to create and manage subaccounts. Thanks to this, you will create user accounts and give them appropriate permissions.
Create new subaccount
1. Log in to your Smartpages accounts.
2. In the top panel, go to the drop-down menu, then select the Subaccounts tab.
3. Click Create new.
4. Enter subaccount’s name (1) and choose limits package (2), if applicable (learn more about limits here).
If you want to add also a new user, mark the Add new user (3) checkbox. You will see a pop-up window where you can create a new user assigned to this subaccount and select permissions.
Then, click Create subaccount.
5. You will see your subaccounts in the Subaccounts tab and in the left-side Main Account menu.
You might need to refresh the page to see your new subaccount on the list.
